Triple Goddess Butter

From the Kitchen of The Veggie Vixen
 
1lb unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2C plus 2T local raw honey
4T coarse seal salt

Blend well with hand mixer or stand mixer. Serve on EVERYTHING!
